Ellie Green, trading as Ellie Green Design, is a UK sole trader. Contact: contact@elliegreendesign.com.

What you are buying

You are buying an exclusive commercial licence to use one named design. Copyright remains with Ellie. Before checkout, the design page states the permitted products and uses, territory, term, and permitted changes. Those design-specific details and these terms form the agreement confirmed in the licence sent with your files.

Ellie may continue to show the design in her portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, awards, and studio marketing. She will not sell or license it to another buyer within your exclusive scope.

Payment and order acceptance

Prices and any tax are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment. Your order is accepted when payment is verified and Ellie issues the licence. If the design is no longer available or the order cannot lawfully be accepted, payment will be refunded.

Digital delivery

The licence, contract record, and secure file link are sent to the email used at checkout. Keep your own secure backup after download. Tell Ellie within 14 days if a supplied file is corrupt, incomplete, or different from its description.

Use restrictions

Do not resell or share source files, sublicense the design, use it outside the issued licence, claim it as your own intellectual property, or use it for artificial intelligence training, datasets, NFTs, or blockchain tokens.

Cancellations and refunds

Digital files are supplied after payment. Where applicable, checkout asks you to request immediate supply and acknowledge that a cancellation right may be lost when delivery begins. This does not affect legal rights for faulty or misdescribed files. Read the refund policy.

International buyers

Buyers are responsible for local duties and charges not collected at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights in your home country.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any mandatory right to use courts or protections in their home country.
